At Omorovicza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated Customer Service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Apply the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
